Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has received critical recognition for her talent. Sagittarius. The actress was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the eldest of the three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith who was a psychologist. She's English and Scottish descent.
